TOURNAMENT CATEGORIES FIXED PAIRING ‼️INSTEAD OF VALID ID PLEASE DON’T FORGET TO SEND SCREENSHOT OF YOUR DUPR RATING per PLAYER‼️ * DUPR Rookie: 2.0–2.9 All Gender * DUPR Elite: 3.0–3.9 All Gender * Players must register under the appropriate category based on their current DUPR rating. * Tournament organizers reserve the right to verify player ratings and eligibility. 2. REGISTRATION * Registration fee: ₱550 per player. * Registration includes free snacks, bottled water, dinner, and raffle entry. * Players must complete registration and payment before the deadline. * Only confirmed participants will be included in the official draw. 3. DRESS CODE * ALL BLACK ATTIRE IS REQUIRED. * Players are encouraged to wear Halloween-themed accessories, provided they do not interfere with safe play. 4. RAFFLE * Registered players will be eligible for the event raffle, subject to the announced raffle rules. * Winners must be present when called to claim their prizes. 5. OFFICIAL DECISIONS * The tournament director’s decisions regarding match schedules, disputes, and tournament operations are final. * Any changes to the mechanics will be communicated to all participants before implementation. 6. GENERAL RULES * Players are expected to maintain fair play and a positive tournament atmosphere. * Delays, no-shows, and forfeits will be handled according to the tournament director’s ruling. * By registering, participants agree to follow the official tournament mechanics and event guidelines.
